Refund & Return Policy – Caseify
At Caseify, we take pride in delivering high-quality tech accessories like laptop skins, AirPods cases, phone cases, and iPad covers. Your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not fully happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Refunds or Returns
We accept returns and offer refunds under the following conditions:
• You received a damaged, defective, or wrong item.
• You initiate the return request within 7 days of receiving the product.
• The product is unused, in original packaging, and in sellable condition.
Important: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
• Products damaged after delivery due to mishandling or use.
• Customized or personalized items (e.g., custom laptop skins).
• Slight color differences due to lighting or screen resolution.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
1. Contact us at support@caseify.in within 7 days of delivery.
2. Mention your Order ID and include clear photos/videos of the issue.
3. Wait for our confirmation and instructions for returning the item.
Return shipping is to be borne by the customer unless the item delivered was damaged or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified via email.
• If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
• We will notify you once the refund is successfully initiated.
4. Cancellations
• Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing them—only if the item has not yet been shipped.
• After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
5. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
• Recheck your bank or credit card account.
• Contact your bank or credit card provider (processing may take time).
• If you’ve done all this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us at support@caseify.in.
