At Caseify, we’re committed to getting your favorite tech accessories delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process:

1. Order Processing Time

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Custom or personalized products may take 2–4 business days to process.

• Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time & Delivery

We ship across India via trusted courier partners.

Shipping Method Estimated Delivery Time Charges

Standard Shipping 4–7 business days ₹49 (Free on orders above ₹699)

Express Shipping (if available) 2–4 business days ₹99

Note: Delivery timelines may vary based on location, weather conditions, or courier delays.

3. Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email/SMS with a tracking number and tracking link.

• You can also track your order directly on our website under the “Track My Order” section.

4. Delivery Partners

We work with reputed delivery partners such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery.

5. Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address and contact number are accurate at checkout. Caseify is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

6. Delivery Attempts

• Our courier partners usually attempt 2–3 deliveries before returning the package to us.

• If your order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or wrong address, we can reship it after collecting an additional shipping charge.

7. International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within India. International shipping will be launched soon—stay tuned!

8. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged or with missing items:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@caseify.in.

• Share your Order ID and unboxing video or photo proof for resolution.
